How to Use the Retry Option?

It’s possible to send your fax with failure for the first time, but CocoFax has the magic to help you avoid this as much as possible by automatically resending your document in the frequency and interval you predefined. Wonderful, right? Let’s see how it could be done.

Use a Browser

• Log into your CocoFax account
• Hit the NEW FAX button
• Enter the recipient’s fax number and upload your files
• Click to open the settings window
• Turn on the Retry after Failure option

• Define the times and intervals you want CocoFax to retry sending for you

Use a Computer

• Open the CocoFax app and log into your CocoFax account
• Hit the NEW FAX button
• Enter the recipient’s fax number and upload your files
• Click to open the settings window
• Turn on the Retry after Failure option

• Define the times and intervals you want CocoFax to retry
• Click Save to confirm your change
• Review your fax information and click the Send Now button

Note that the retry option may not ensure your faxing will finally be a success. But it’s a good practice to turn on this option which allows a greater chance to send a fax with no failure.
