Can I change my current plan to another one?
You can only upgrade your current plan but not downgrade on the CocoFax dashboard. For example, you have the Basic plan but you need to send more faxes or have other more advanced needs, then you can upgrade your current plan to our Premium or Business plan. However, you may not turn your Basic plan to the Lite plan if the current plan is not a fit for you.
You can also switch between monthly and yearly subscriptions. If you want to downgrade your plan, you can leave us a message at [email protected]. We will come back to you shortly.
What will happen when my paid subscription becomes inactive?
Your fax number associated with your account will be kept for 15 days. After that, your number will be removed if there is still no renewment. If you want to continue using CocoFax, please make sure your payment information is updated within 15 days after inactivation.
Can I change to a new fax number?
You may change to a new fax number if you have an active paid subscription. On the Dashboard, go to Profile, navigate to Fax Number and click the 3 dots, you will find an option to change your fax number. You will NOT receive the faxes sent to your old number.

Sure. If CocoFax doesn’t work well for you within 30 days after the subscription, you can drop us a message at [email protected] and tell us why you don’t like CocoFax. We will proceed with your request shortly.
