If you want multiple team members who share a fax number to know the faxing status in parallel, it is a good idea to add multiple recipients to your account. To do this, you can:

  • Go to the Profile
  • Navigate to Notification, click the Edit option next to the Email to open the Email Notifications settings window
  • allow multiple users to receive email notifications under one fax number in the first step
  • Turn on the Sent Fax Notification or Received Fax Notification, or both, depending on your needs
  • allow multiple users to receive email notifications under one fax number in the second step
  • Add recipients by clicking Add
  • Click Submit to confirm your change
