If you want multiple team members who share a fax number to know the faxing status in parallel, it is a good idea to add multiple recipients to your account. To do this, you can:
- Go to the Profile
- Navigate to Notification, click the Edit option next to the Email to open the Email Notifications settings window
- Turn on the Sent Fax Notification or Received Fax Notification, or both, depending on your needs
- Add recipients by clicking Add
- Click Submit to confirm your change
You can add unlimited recipients to your account if your plan allows. Learn more about our plans to add multiple users.
