Cancellation / Refund Policy

To receive a refund on your CocoFax paid subscription contact customer support with your request and a reason for cancellation. Our customer service staff will help you request and receive a refund if qualified per the terms below.

Our refund policy is based on a simple customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the service within the first fifteen (15) days of purchase, we will fully refund the subscription for that month. Once the fifteen (15) day threshold has passed, you can cancel the subscription from renewing (see Cancellations above) but you will not receive a refund for the current month's subscription. Typically, only the most recent subscription term will be refunded.

Once approved, refunds are processed within five (5) business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for this to be reflected on your credit or bank card balance.

Late or missing refunds
