Your mobile phone number is vital to your use of CocoFax Services, and we will retain it. We do not use the collected phone number or any other Personal Identification Information to send commercial or advertising messages.

Once you sign up with CocoFax, it means you have automatically subscribed to our newsletters and also receive updates on the new and upcoming features and the release details via your email or the mobile application using the ‘push notifications’ feature. You can unsubscribe at any time you wish to by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email or turning off the push notifications feature.


We do not give, sell, or share the Personal Identification information (such as the mobile number) to third party interests for the commercial and advertising use. The only time we can release your personal information is only if the law requires CocoFax to do so, or when providing proof in case of a payment or refund dispute or in good faith that such action complies with the international laws and regulations. We can also submit your Personal Identification Information when responding to a competent court order, subpoena or anything equivalent herein.


You can decline to submit Personal Identification Information through CocoFax Website, or associated Services, in which CocoFax may not be able to supply certain services to you. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, please terminate your account, uninstall CocoFax app on your mobile phone and discontinue using our Services. Continuing to use CocoFax Services means that you have signed to accept and follow our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreements.

To enhance security and protect your privacy, we take reasonable measures (such as two-step verification that sends an SMS when accessing certain Services) to verify that it’s indeed you before registering your mobile number and giving you access to CocoFax Services. We do not like advertising and intruding you with automated ads. CocoFax is an ad-free company as of now, and we intend to keep it that way. We have no intention to introduce or advertise our products and services any time soon, but if we decide to do so, then this section will be adequately updated.


CocoFax uses commercially available and reasonable physical, managerial, and technical security measures to preserve the integrity and protection of the personal information provided by users. We, however, do not assure or guarantee the security of data transmitted to CocoFax and know that when sending, you are doing so at your own risk.
