How Can I Get a Plan?

Use a Browser / Desktop App

For getting a plan:

• Open the CocoFax homepage on a browser
• Click the Start Faxing button to enter the number choosing page

• Choose the Country/Area, Number Type, Area Code, and Fax Number that you prefer and click the Next button

• Choose your plan type(Lite, Basic, Premium, ‌Business, or Enterprise) and duration(Yearly or Monthly)
• Click the Buy Now button to complete your payment

For changing a plan:

• Login to your Cocofax account
• Click Profile on the left menu

• Click Billing on the upper side of the page

• Click the Change Plan button on the right end of the Plan type row

• Change the plan according to your needs (Please note that you can only change the plan to the same level with a different duration or to a higher version)
