How to Resend Fax?

Use a Browser

• Log into your CocoFax account
• Navigate to the Outbox in the Dashboard to view your faxes
• Click three dots on a fax you need to resend in the list
• Select Resend option to resend your fax on the fly

Note that you may not make any change to the fax you have sent in this case.

Use a Computer

• Open the CocoFax app and log into your CocoFax account
• Go to the Outbox to view your faxes
• Click on a fax you need to resend in the list
• Resend your fax

Use a Phone

• Open the CocoFax app and log into your CocoFax account
• Go to the Outbox to view your faxes
• Click faxes you need to resend in the list
• Click the Forward to open the windows for faxing

• Review your faxes and make any change as needed
