How to Schedule Fax?

Just like sending an email, sometimes you want to send a fax at a predefined time. CocoFax makes it super easy for you.

Use a Browser

• Log into your CocoFax account
• Hit the NEW FAX button
• Enter the recipient’s fax number and upload your files
• Click to open the settings window
• Turn on the Scheduled Delivery option

• Define the time and date when you need to send your fax
• Click the Save to confirm your change
• Review your fax information and click the Send Now button

Use a Computer

• Open the CocoFax app and log into your CocoFax account
• Hit the NEW FAX button
• Enter the recipient’s fax number and upload your files
• Click to open the settings window
• Turn on the Scheduled Delivery option

• Define the time and date when you need to send your fax
• Click the Save to confirm your change
• Review your fax information and click the Send Now button
